New partnership to offer more mental health services coming in January
November 8, 2019
The CWC PCN has partnered with the Calgary Counselling Centre to improve access to mental health services for patients of all members starting in January 2020.
The partnership will:
- Provide all members with direct referral access to counselling services from Psychologists and clinical Social Workers
- Involve no cost to patients or members
We are currently collaborating with the centre to refine the referral and communication process for our members, as well as to develop guidelines on the types of patients best suited for the service.
Referral details, tools and supporting materials will be posted to the Examiner once finalized, and an orientation and assistance for you and your team will also be provided to optimize use of the service.
About the Calgary Counselling Centre
